You acknowledge and agree that Beacon Search Associates, LLC is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Beacon Search Associates, LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Terms of Service

All resume writing services are non-refundable once our services are retained. Once your order is placed, our consultants are immediately working on your order and creating your file. After you receive your first draft, you may contact us if you feel your resume does not meet your career needs within 60 days upon receipt so we may implement any necessary modifications or re-writes for you. Because our services are rendered in a digital format, and the finished product cannot be physically returned, you shall not be entitled to a complete refund for any reason. You agree to contact our managing director if you feel your resume is not satisfactory to make any changes or edits, utilizing the 60-day guarantee that we will work with you one-on-one to make any necessary corrections. Normal turnaround time is 2-3 business days from the date of receipt, although based on the difference in size of each individual order, we do not guarantee a specific time of completion.

Our Exclusive Guarantee

After completion of your resume order, resume upload and/or questionnaire completion and live phone consultation, we will forward a draft for your review. You can then contact us within 60 days upon receipt and request any revisions. Your satisfaction is our goal and we generate most of our business on referrals from customers. If in fact you do not receive either a phone or in person interview within 100 days from completion of your resume, we will provide you with a partial refund of 25%. You will be asked to provide documentation of 35 resume submittals (either certified mail receipts or verifiable fax transmissions). Partial refund will be processed within 30 days of your submission of above documentation, after verification.
